Job description

The System & storage Team Lead is responsible for leading the pre-sales activities and technical bid responses for the systems & storage Solution. This role involves working closely with the Sales Team Lead to understand client requirements, develop tailored solutions, and effectively communicate technical aspects of proposals to clients.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lead the pre-sales process for system and storage solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client standards.
• Lead the development of technical bid responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Ensure bid responses address all technical requirements and demonstrate the company’s expertise.
• Review and edit bid responses to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client specifications.
• Manage the solution lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring solutions meet client expectations and company objectives.
• Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert for clients and internal teams.
• Provide technical support and expertise during client meetings and negotiations.
