Position Description

The Supply Chain Team Lead is responsible for managing logistics and product sourcing for projects in accordance with bid response requirements. This role involves working closely with the Solution Team, Service Delivery Team, and Project Managers to ensure timely and cost effective procurement and delivery of products and services to meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Coordinate logistics for the procurement and delivery of products and services in support of project requirements.
• Monitor shipment schedules and track inventory levels to ensure availability of materials for project activities
• Maintain supply chain inventory and records
• Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
• Identify , assess and resolve issues/risks that come up (e.g. delays in delivery. accidents)
• Manage vendor relationships and performance to ensure quality, reliability, and timely delivery of products and services.
• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
• Supervising and training employees

Salary: Negotiable but Attractive
