Storekeeper – Pharo School Assosa

Pharo Foundation is opening a new, high-quality school in Assosa and is looking for a responsible and well-organized Storekeeper to manage the school’s inventory and supply systems effectively.

📍 Position Details

• Location: Assosa, Ethiopia
• Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and supplies as required
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
• Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or damages
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of goods
• Work closely with the finance and procurement teams to track inventory usage and plan for reorders
• Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in an educational setting)
• Proficient in basic inventory software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High level of honesty, integrity, and reliability
• Good communication skills in English
