Job Summary:

The Senior Store Keeper is responsible for efficiently managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials, tools, and equipment. This role ensures proper inventory control, maintains accurate records, and follows company policies for store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receives accurate information when goods arrive at the warehouse, then carefully checks and records the quantity and condition of goods when moving out of the warehouse;
• Checks goods receipt and documents to ensure quality goods and deliver to the right object to avoid confusion;
• Receives delivery documents, make goods issue requests, save information on the goods management system and transfer it to the purchasing or accounting department under regulations to serve the next control stage;
• Arranges neat and clean locations and premises to receive goods in a convenient, fast, and time-saving way when there is information on goods receipt;
• Ensures that the goods receipt and issue process does not damage the goods;
• Records specifically the goods received note and goods delivery note to list the quantity of the goods;
• Tracks the number of goods receipt each day and maintain warehouse efficiency;
• Keeps track of minimum inventory and stock counts for the day;
• Ensures that the goods always have a reasonable minimum inventory level in case the partner unexpectedly requests a large quantity of goods or there are damaged goods during transportation;
• Proposes to the concerned person to change the minimum norm of the warehouse to provide a timely solution when there is a sudden change in the quantity or quality of goods;
• Makes a purchase requisition form according to plan also make goods purchasing and issue procedures;
• Follows up the goods receipt process, checks purchase orders and purchased items during delivery, speed up purchasing, buy raw materials to ensure warehouse performance, and provide essential materials for the production process.
• Arranges goods neatly, scientifically, clearly, and cleanly as required; and
• Performs other related activities ordered by the Line Manager

• Educational status must be 10+

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in the construction industry.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of storekeeping procedures, inventory control, and warehouse management.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.

• Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment. Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
