TEAM PURPOSE:
The Business Development team leads and supports the country programme in new business development and existing donor contract management through planning, coordinating, securing and managing restricted/institutional income. JOB PURPOSE: This is an exciting role within the Business Development Team of Oxfam in Ethiopia. The prime responsibilities of this position are to support in donor contract management, including ensure adherence to Oxfam and donor compliance; donor reporting, income management; management and oversite of Oxfam’s grants management systems and maintaining documentation as per Oxfam’s systems and procedures. The role also goes beyond on contract management and will support the entire business development functions with pre-award tasks including donor mapping, support in the development of CNs, different sections of project proposals and undertake donor communication as per assigned opportunities. |
