About You

Qualifications:

BA degree in Sociology, Psychology, Health, Teaching, or related fields

Experience:

2-7 years of relevant experience in child development, guardian empowerment, youth mentorship, and related areas

Other Requirements:

Fluency in Afan Oromo, Amharic, and English
Ability to work under pressure
Age under 35
Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills

Required Skills

Dealing with work-related stress
Attention to detail
Problem solving
