About You
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Sociology, Psychology, Health, Teaching, or related fields
Experience:
- 2-7 years of relevant experience in child development, guardian empowerment, youth mentorship, and related areas
Other Requirements:
- Fluency in Afan Oromo, Amharic, and English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Age under 35
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Dealing with work-related stress
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving
