  • Demand Generation: Design and lead innovative campaigns (roadshows, youth forums, and digital marketing) to drive behavior change and product uptake.
  • Product Launch Management: Lead the introduction of new SRH products to the Ethiopian market, from regulatory compliance to field-team training.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong referral networks and partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and private sector actors.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track KPIs, analyze market trends, and monitor “Promotional ROI” to ensure resources are used effectively.

Why Join Us?

At MSI Ethiopia, we value our people as our greatest asset. You will join a team of passionate, high-achieving individuals dedicated to the mission of “Children by choice, not chance.” We offer a competitive salary, a supportive culture, and the chance to make a measurable difference in the lives of millions of Ethiopians.
