Job Description

  • SNV is a global development partner working to strengthen capacities, catalyze partnerships, and transform systems to create sustainable and equitable impact.
  • To support the efficient and timely implementation of its projects, SNV in Ethiopia intends to establish a prequalified roster of consultancy firms and individual consultants for the provision of professional services on an as-needed basis. SNV in Ethiopia invites interested qualified, technically competent, and eligible International and Local Consultants to submit their interest for the prequalification for years 2026-2028.
  • Please note that SNV in Ethiopia will not accept any payments related to this consultant prequalification process. Therefore, all payment, communication, and submissions must be made directly to TenderSure. SNV in Ethiopia will not accept any manual submissions, the consultant prequalification exercise will be conducted online via: www.tendersure.africa under the “Open Jobs” tab and click on SNV in Ethiopia Consultant Prequalification.
  • The TenderSure™ platform is secure, transparent and provides an efficient prequalification process. N.B.

  • Existing consultants are required to participate alongside prospective consultants to be evaluated and considered for future business. All participants who complete the prequalification process online will be notified of the outcome via email. Participation of the supplier’s prequalification is not a guarantee for business.
  • Based on the prequalification evaluation process result, the top consultants that score the highest points will be selected for SNV approval. The number of selected & registered suppliers in each category will be determined based on the total number of suppliers who have participated and submitted their documents.
  • SNV in Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in whole or part at its discretion.
