Amref Health Africa in Ethiopia is seeking a Service Delivery Advisor to provide strategic and technical leadership to strengthen integrated protection and Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) services for at-risk and survivor adolescent girls and young women for its Dutch MoFA funded Future4Binti (F4B) project in Ethiopia. Future4Binti (F4B) is a locally led, gender-transformative, and conflict-sensitive initiative aimed at sustainably addressing harmful practices such as FGM/C, CEFMU, and intersecting vulnerabilities including disability, poverty, displacement, teenage pregnancies, and gender-climate risks.
Reporting to the Project Technical Lead, the Service Delivery Technical Advisor will ensure that comprehensive, inclusive, and gender-responsive services are available and accessible at all levels of the system, contributing to the prevention of harmful practices and ensuring survivors receive timely, quality care and support. The role will oversee the delivery of survivor-centered, adolescent-friendly, disability-inclusive, and climate-sensitive services in alignment with national policies and guidelines of Ethiopia. The Advisor will work closely with line ministry offices, health facilities, One-Stop Centers, safe/shelter houses, community structures, and implementing partners to strengthen coordination, referral pathways, and overall service quality.
