Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer (3 Positions)

Position Overview/Scope of role:

Execute Quality Assurance Quality Control (QA QC) activities of the project, from initiation to closeout ensuring the adherence to project schedule, specifications and drawings

Top Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and Conduct Internal Material inspections with subcontractors to verify the compliance to the specifications.
• Coordinate and conduct material inspections with consultant.
• Ensure all rejected materials from internal and consultant inspections are tagged and removed from the site.
• Coordinate and conduct internal work inspections with subcontractor to verify the compliance to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate and conduct work inspections with consultant, communicate the inspection comments to subcontractor for implementation.
• Ensure that subcontractors are adhering to their ITP and ensure that inspections are raised accordingly.
• Conduct site surveillance, identify and record the deficiencies.
• Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented on site to prevent recurring NCRs. Conduct internal inspections to verify the implementation of corrective actions.
• Coordinate with subcontractor, third-party laboratories and consultants for various field tests.
• Organize / conduct internal and subcontractor audits.
• Coordinate/follow up with subcontractors for the project close out documents.
• Coordinate and conduct internal snagging with subcontractors, prepare internal sang list.
• Coordinate and conduct snagging inspections with consultant
• Coordinate with subcontractor for completing the corrective actions and conduct internal inspections to verify the implementation.
• Coordinate and Conduct inspections with consultant to close the snags recorded

Education and Experience

• . Minimum B.Sc in Civil Engineering /Construction Management
• . 5 years and above experience in construction specifically in Quality Assurance and Quality Control .
