Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior project office Engineer

Key Responsibilities

·         Documentation & Control: Maintain accurate logs for Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, change orders, contracts, and daily progress reports.

·         Progress Monitoring: Collect daily or weekly site data, track milestones, and help prepare periodic progress reports and performance dashboards.

·         Quantity Take-Offs & Cost Control: Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and material requests.

·         Coordination: Facilitate communication between site engineers, project managers, procurement teams, and subcontractors.

·         Scheduling:  Developing and updating project work programs and look-ahead schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements

·         Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management (CoTM), or a related engineering field.

·         Experience: Ranging from 6 to 8+ years of relevant experience in building, infrastructure, or road construction. The candidate can have experience building and road construction projects.

·         Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, software, alongside Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
