As a Senior Marketing Manager, she/he will play a pivotal role in shaping the Pharma and Scientific Supply Division marketing initiatives. Her/his day-to-day responsibilities will include developing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing all marketing activities, conducting market research, analyzing data, and controlling the marketing budget. Senior Marketing Manager will be at the forefront of driving growth and enhancing brand visibility. Reporting to: Director, Alliance Medical Solutions (AMS) Division
Starting Date: Immediately after contract agreement concluded
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Generating new business leads.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
- Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
- Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Control marketing budget and ensure that all marketing activities are cost-effective
- Conducting research on consumer and market trends, target demographics, and competing brands.
- Designing and implementing market and consumer surveys.
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data.
- Preparing detailed reports on consumer behavior, competitors’ activities, outcomes, and sales.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- MSc/BSs degree in pharmaceutical, marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
- Minimum three years’ experience as a marketing manager.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Ability to analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Ability to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
