Business Unit Description

The Human Resources function at Kifiya plays a strategic role in enabling organizational scalability, performance excellence, and talent sustainability across all business units. HR partners closely with leadership to translate business strategy into people, structure, capability, and culture solutions.

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Talent Management, leads Kifiya’s end-to-end talent strategy, including learning and development, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development. The role ensures the organization has the right talent, capabilities, and pipelines to support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Learning and Development Strategy

  • Design and lead Kifiya’s enterprise-wide Learning and Development (L&D) strategy aligned with business priorities and future skill requirements.
  • Establish learning governance frameworks, standards, and curricula across technical, leadership, and functional domains.
  • Build scalable learning pathways for different employee segments (early career, professional, managerial, leadership).

Leadership Development and Capability Building

  • Design and implement leadership development programs for first-time managers, senior managers, and high-potential talent.
  • Develop manager capability frameworks focused on performance management, coaching, decision-making, and people leadership.
  • Support business continuity through structured leadership readiness initiatives.

Performance and Capability Development

  • Lead performance management framework design and execution.
  • Drive learning, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.

Talent Analytics and Governance

  • Monitor talent KPIs (turnover, time-to-hire, internal mobility, bench strength).
  • Provide strategic talent insights to executive leadership.

Succession Planning and High-Potential Programs

  • Lead the design and implementation of succession planning frameworks for critical roles.
  • Identify, assess, and develop high-potential talent through structured development programs and learning journeys.
  • Provide talent development insights to senior leadership to support long-term organizational resilience.

Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Experience

  • 10–12 years’ experience in talent management or strategic HR roles
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
  • Experience in fintech, technology, or consulting environments preferred
