SENIOR GRAPHICS DESIGNER

Under the immediate supervision of the communications, partnership and advocacy manager, the designer is responsible to develop visually appealing design concepts, graphics, and layouts to MSIE brand guidelines as well as donor brand requirements.

SPECIFIC DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

S/he is responsible to develop innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for a wide range of projects, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, newsletters, booklets, and other marketing materials as per MSIE’s design and documentation standard. Specifically, S/he is mainly responsible to:

• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
• Work closely with the comms team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Produce engaging visual content for digital platforms, including social media graphics, email templates, and website banners.
• Design print materials such as banners, flyers, posters, brochures, and packaging, newsletters.
• Ensuring high-quality output and adherence to printing specifications.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are current and relevant.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
• Review final designs for errors and ensure they meet quality standards before publication or printing.
• Perform other similar duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
