We’re hiring for Security consultant – Learn how you can be our voice in the conversation about the future of agriculture.

As Security consultant you will be responsible for ensuring working areas and travels of employees are Secure & Safe

 

You Will Be Part of Growing Team

Your Challenge:

  • Safety of employees during travel: Need the consultant to advise during travels
  • Safety of employees during stays at field: Need the consultant to advise what to do during field stay period
  • Conduct Security risk mapping, identify areas for seed growing based on risk assessment
  • Safe transportation of Raw seed: Need the consultant to advise when, how transport. And also train the transporters on major safety aspects as well as follow-up during travels
  • Advise and follow-up on seed counterfeit issues
  • Provide various training on Security (Emergency Response, Antihijacking….)

Key Stakeholders and Interactions:

  • Contracted Growers: for producing seed
  • Governmental Seed production Regulatory bodies: Inspecting and certifying seed
  • Other contractors (Raw Seed Transporters: Transporting raw seed)

Location:

Maize growing regions/districts in Ethiopia: Oromia region; Southern Ethiopia, Amhara Region; Benshanguel

Menegesha Conditioning site: 30 KM far from Addis

 

Qualifications

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

  • A Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement, criminal science, computer science, security, or a related field Training or work experience on risk assessment, rating
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security management or similar field with various local/international companies that mainly focuses on security
  • Licensed driver
  • A highly logical, honest, and objective nature.
  • Good teamwork and time management skills.
