The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Deputy Principal to help lead our secondary school into its next chapter of growth and excellence. This is a unique opportunity to shape the lives of young learners and empower a dedicated team of educators in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to drive academic achievement, student well-being, and staff development
• Oversee daily school operations, including curriculum delivery, staffing, budgeting, and policy implementation
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performing school culture
• Lead staff performance evaluations and professional development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with national education standards and Pharo Foundation policies
• Build strong relationships with parents, the community, and external stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in education, Educational Leadership, or related field
• Minimum 6+ years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven success in leading and managing school teams and improving educational outcomes
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in using educational and administrative digital tools
