Position Description

The Scrum Master is responsible for Facilitating daily stand-ups (or the daily scrum) as needed. This role involves coordinating roles executed at various departments, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the business execution.

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Collaborates with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Define project objectives, developing project plans, allocating resources, and managing project risks and issues aligning with Project teams and Managers
• Capture feedback, Note areas for improvement and action items for future sprints
• Aids the team by eliminating external blockers and managing internal roadblocks through workflow improvement process to keep projects on track and within scope
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and inspections to identify and address any issues or discrepancies and ensure deliverables meet client requirements

Salary: Negotiable but Attractive
