Job Description

Purpose Of Job
Responsible for using his/her knowledge for company products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales for his/her employer by developing sales pitches to sell products or services, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers and maintaining documentation of their sales like invoices or client contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities

ABH Partners Plc is a leading consultancy and human resources sourcing firm in Ethiopia with about 15 years of experience in supporting the implementation of development programs and projects. ABH exists to fuel synergistic societal growth by harnessing local knowledge and international standard. Location: Addis Ababa

Duration: Contract

Starting Date: Immediately after contract agreement concluded

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Needs to have excellent verbal communication that enables him/her to connect with consumers and persuade them to purchase company products or services.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client records and follow up with customers to continue relationships

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, economics, Banking and Finance or related study
  • Preferably a 2020, 2021 2023 or 2024 graduate with 3 month of experience
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook is an asset
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
