Safety and Security Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages day-to-day central operations, coordinates central guard rosters, and commands HO Shift Supervisors.
• Holds the direct functional responsibility for supervising the physical facility security and compound safety parameters of the Headquarters.
• Holds the sole mandate to design, update, and execute all specialized institutional security training frameworks and capacity-building programs for the guard forces and commission staff.
• Monitors and evaluates the technical security performance of the 13 City Office Safety and Security Officer.

​Minimum Recruitment Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of operational security management experience (Certified Trainer of Trainers [ToT] preferred).
