Job Description

Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometers from Bole International Airport is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join our team as a Reservation Agent.

Required qualifications

B.A Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Hotel Management, Sales & Marketing/Marketing Management/ Business Management.
At least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in 4- or 5-star hotel

Competencies required

Ability to use computer applications
Knowledge of Opera and MS outlook is an advantageous
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent command of English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently and punctual
Articulate and good listener
Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple assignments
Capable of working in a team environment
