Reservation Agent

Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just four kilometres from Bole International Airport is looking for a dynamic, self-starter who wishes to join our team as a Reservation Agent.

Competencies required:

• · Ability to use computer applications
• Knowledge of Opera and MS outlook is advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently and punctual
• Articulate and good listener
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple assignments
• Capable of working in a team environment

Required qualifications and work experience

• ·B.A Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Hotel Management, Sales & Marketing/Marketing Management/ Business Management.
• ·At least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in 4- or 5-star hotel
