The Freedom Fund Ethiopia Hotspot seeks a consultant (or team) to deliver accompaniment and coaching to implementation partners under our child domestic worker program. The consultant will support partners with their roll out of the training to institutional stakeholders.
Summary
The Freedom Fund Ethiopia Hotspot seeks a consultant (or team) to deliver accompaniment and coaching to implementation partners under our child domestic worker (CDW) program. The partners have received Training of Trainers (ToT) on three modules:
o International Frameworks Impacting the Protection of CDWs
o Ethiopian National Laws and Policies Protecting CDWs
o Child Development, Child Protection and Case Management for CDWs
Partners received specific module related materials including training guides, handouts, and PowerPoint presentations during the ToT to support their effective cascading of training. With the extension of the initial program timeline by two years the Freedom Fund now aims to engage a consultant (or team of consultants) to support partners with their roll out of the training to institutional stakeholders.
We expect the consultant(s) to respond to the following objectives in their accompaniment approach:
1. Ensure all partners have clarity on the preparation required and tools to be used for leading training
modules.
2. Act as an observer in partner-facilitated training and provide coaching to improve overall training
delivery.
3. Identify major gaps/areas of concern and provide targeted capacity building to respond to said
gaps.
