REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFQ) VEHICLE RENTAL

Population Media Center-Ethiopia (PMC-E), a US-based non-profit organization is looking for quotations for vehicle rental from eligible businesses and transport service providers.

Transport service providers that are interested and qualified can download the “Locations and Price Quotations“ table and insert their daily quoted price in the designated place.

All prices must be quoted in Ethiopian Birr.

Terms and Conditions

1. After the contract is signed, keep the quoted price for a minimum of six months.
2. Fuel and driver’s per diem should be included in the price.
3. Work without getting paid in advance, or get paid once the service is finished.
4. Willing to provide the required service as per the request.
5. Willing to provide past similar transportation service experience documents from a minimum of three (3) references.
6. Each transportation service must have signed logbooks, and drivers must be disciplined and qualified.
7. The payment will be made in line with the services rendered.
8. Transport service providers shall provide valid supporting business documentation, such as a renewed business license, a VAT registration certificate, a trade license, a supplier’s certificate, a Tax Identification Number, etc.
9. The completed quotation must be signed and stamped.
