Conflict Sensitivity Analysis in 11 Woredas and Geographic Pilot Study on Conflict in Abaya Woreda

For:

Transform Soil Fertility Management in Ethiopia (TRANSFORM) Program

The International Fertilizer Development Center (IFDC) has received a four-year project grant from the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the European Union. The project is entitled “Transform Soil Fertility Management in Ethiopia”. IFDC will implement the program in partnership with local and international organizations. The purpose of the project is to transform soil health and fertility management to sustainably increase the productivity of 100,000 small-scale food producers and improve the sustainable use of 65,000 hectares of farmland.

About You

Proposals must be written in English and shall remain the responsibility of the consultant to ensure that they reach the address above on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received by IFDC after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.

Proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated based on completeness, compliance, and responsiveness with the requirements of the RFP and all other annexes providing details of IFDC requirements. IFDC reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bids at any time, regardless of providing reasons for doing so.

How to Apply

IFDC invites interested and experienced consulting firms to offer Technical and Financial Proposals to conduct a Conflict Sensitivity Analysis. Details about the survey can be found in the Terms of Reference (ToR). Bidders can get the ToR by writing an email request to: ybelachew@ifdc.org.

The Technical Proposal shall be emailed in soft copy (both Word and PDF file formats) to: ybelachew@ifdc.org. Financial proposal shall be submitted in hard copy in a sealed envelope within ten working days from the date of advertisement to the address below:
