Position Overview
Results for Development (R4D) is seeking a skilled
FASTR Immunization Analytics Research Assistant to support the Frequent Assessment Systems and Tools for Resiliency (FASTR) initiative under the Global Financing Facility (GFF) and Gavi partnership.
In this role, you will perform quantitative health data analysis, update and develop Stata scripts (do files), and support the validation and testing of service-specific modules using HMIS and Health Facility Assessment (HFA) data to improve immunization programming across low- and lower-middle-income countries.
Key Responsibilities

Develop & Update Data Pipelines: Update existing Stata code for immunization country profiles and write do files for immunization country reports and joint HMIS-HFA analyses.

Support Service-Specific Module Testing: Develop analysis scripts aligned with designated plans to test and validate service-specific modules.

Reporting & Validation: Draft clear, comprehensive analytical reports for service-specific module validations.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HFA FASTR Team Lead, Gavi Partnership Focal Person, and program leadership to deliver analytics.
Key Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Global Health, or a related quantitative field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in global public health, health systems analysis, or routine health information systems (HMIS).

Quantitative Skills: Strong background in quantitative data collection, cleaning, manipulation, and statistical analysis.

Programming Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Stata (required); familiarity with R is a strong plus.

Communication: Outstanding oral and written English communication skills.

Level of Effort (LOE): Approximately 30 days spread across the contract duration.

Contract Period: November 1, 2026 – March 30, 2027.

Invoicing: Monthly submission of detailed activity reports and time tracking.
