The Regional Office Manager role at SNV Ethiopia plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the Amhara regional office. As a nonprofit international development organization SNV relies heavily on strong regional support to deliver impactful projects in Agriculture, Water and Energy sectors.
The purpose of this position is to provide overall leadership and oversight for the regional office’s support functions. This includes managing and supervising teams in finance, administration, procurement, and logistics. The Regional Office Manager acts as a bridge between regional project teams and the SNV Country Office in Addis Ababa, ensuring projects receive the necessary operational support for timely and high-quality implementation. S/He also represent SNV with external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with regional authorities and partners to facilitate collaboration and project success.
