Regional HIV Care & Treatment Advisor

ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Regional HIV Care & Treatment Advisor – Ethiopia. The incumbent will be support the design and implementation of comprehensive, family centered, and quality HIV treatment, care, support, CCP, TB/HIV and quality improvement services in ICAP supported maintained regions aiming to achieve the 3- 95s.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Regional HIV Care & Treatment Advisor position by December 2024.The successful candidate will hold  MD (Physician) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in care and treatment of HIV/AIDS clients; Experience in HIV program technical coordination; Experience in teaching, mentoring, organizing, and conducting training.

The incumbent will have a demonstrated track record working on US Government-supported PEPFAR programs including program planning, monitoring and evaluation. The Technical Director will also have experience working effectively as a part of diverse staff teams, and contributing to successful collaborations with donors, host-country ministries of health, and civil society.
