Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s Degree or higher

·         Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

·         Previous work experience in an agricultural lab or related filed

·         Valid professional license and good standing with the relevant regulatory body

Specific Responsibilities

– Sample Preparation & Analysis: Prepare and test raw materials and finished products using techniques like pH testing, nutrient analysis (NPK levels), and microbial assays. –

-Quality Control Testing: Perform routine tests to verify product consistency and compliance with organic certification standards.

– Data & Equipment: Maintain accurate records of tests and results; clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.

– Inventory & Safety: Monitor lab supplies and adhere to strict laboratory safety protocols and waste disposal guidelines.

– Skills: Basic understanding of chemical and microbial analysis; familiarity with laboratory equipment; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

· Inspect incoming raw materials, packaging and finished products to ensure they meet specifications, using various visual and measurement tests.

· Perform durability, functionality, and safety tests to validate product quality.

· Maintain detailed records of inspections, noting any defects or deviations.

· Communicate identified issues to production supervisors and collaborate on corrective actions.

· Ensure that products and processes adhere to company policies and relevant regulatory standards.

· Oversee production packaging and finishing stages to maintain consistent quality and give suggestions to improve processes.
