QA Pharmacist – Sansheng Pharmaceutical PLC

Sansheng Pharmaceutical PLC (SSP) is the Largest Pharmaceutical Foreign Direct Investment in Ethiopia and GMP certified company for the manufacturing of Solid and Liquid Pharmaceuticals dosage forms in Ethiopia. which was established and started production in 2018 at Dukem Eastern Industry Park. Currently SSP produces more than 60 types of essential medicines in the form of tablet, capsule, small volume injectable ampules and large volume infusions, and export is under preparation process to Earning the Hard currency. Currently Sansheng pharmaceutical plc seeks the following qualified and experienced individuals for QA Pharmacist position.

Job Description Responsibilities;

• Develop, maintain and monitor QA Quality Systems to ensure CGMP compliance
• Write, revise and update SOPs.
• Organize and conduct Quality Training Programs.
• Conduct Internal Audits.
• Monitor Change Management, Deviations, OOS/OOT investigations, CAPA programs and prepare reports.
• Review specifications, testing procedures, stability protocols, and SOP Changes to ensure compliance with cGMP and other quality policies.
• Responsible for Complaint handling, Annual Product Reviews (APR), review of Stability test reports.
• Review analytical data, documentation, and batch record release packages for technical accuracy, completeness and compliance.
• Responsible for generation and review of Validation and qualification.
• Provide expert advice on risk assessments to colleagues and clients.
• Prepares and updates regulatory requirement documents for dossier preparation.
• Perform Quality technical support and product trouble shooting activities.
• Check and review material specifications.
• Ensure proper archive of documents.
• Responsible for Conducting other QA related activities as required.

Basic Qualifications;

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Pharmacy from recognized university.
• A minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry with at least 4 years in QA roles
• Having cGMP training.
