Under the direct guidance and supervision of the emergency response manager and technical guidance of Country Office Protection Coordinator, the Case Management Supervisor (GBV and Protection Case Management) will be primarily responsible for ensuring the quality, effectiveness, and technical soundness of GBV case management services provided by caseworkers. The supervisor will work to strengthen the technical capacity of the case management team, ensure proper documentation and adherence to standards, and promote staff well-being and professional development

Salary and conditions will be in accordance with Danish Refugee Council’s Terms of Employment for National employees
