Proposal Writing Consultant

ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Proposal Writing consultants. The incumbent will support proposal development processes serving as the lead technical writer. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in supporting bids for US governmental agencies and other major public health funders, the ability to juggle multiple demands, manage shifting priorities, and negotiate timelines.
