- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Experience Economics, Engineering, Urban/Public Management, Public Business Administration or Related Field
- 10+ Years General Experience as Team Leader/Director, Project Manager
- 5 Years Specific Experience Technical/Performance or Value for Money Assessment in Infrastructure Projects
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 7+ Years General Experience
- 3 Years Specific Experience in Project Performance Assessment and/or Value for Money Assessment in Public Sector
- Experience in Preparation and facilitation of Value for Money Assessment
Requirement : Excellent Report Writing in English
