Job Title: Project Manager
Duty Station: Bishoftu City Administration with frequent travel to project implementation sites
Report to: National Director
Supervises: Education, Livelihood, Health, and M&E Officers
Job Grade: IV
Liaison with: Finance and Admin; Communication and Knowledge Management; Partnership and Community Engagement Leads
The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the project. You are expected to meet and exceed the organization’s performance and delivery goals, ensure that all TRI projects are designed, implemented and completed on time and within the designated budget. And you will oversee the project/s activities to ensure the project objectives meet the desired outcomes are achieved. In addition, you manage the field-based TRI staff to work effectively, and to ensure that resources are used in the most efficient way. Moreover, you are also responsible for project design, implementation, and review. Furthermore, you work closely with relevant government entities at national, regional and local level.
