The Project Assistant supports the implementation of the NTD Integration into the broader health System by facilitating planning, coordination, monitoring, and documentation of integrated NTD activities at the regional, zonal, and woreda levels. The role ensures that key interventions—such as integrated MDA campaign, morbidity management, surveillance and integration of NTD services into PHC structures, are effectively implemented through strengthened government systems. This position works closely with regional/zonal/woreda health offices, community health platforms, health facilities, and Amref technical teams to ensure quality delivery, timely reporting, commodity management and improved capacity for sustainable NTD service integration.
