Job Description
Education Development Trust are looking for a Programme Manager (Technical Lead) to lead the mobilisation and implementation of our exciting new education and skills programme in Ethiopia together with our consortium partners. The programme will strengthen the relevance and quality of secondary education to ensure the successful transition of secondary students to tertiary education or the world of work by equipping them with relevant skills, knowledge and attitude through enhanced implementation of the competency-based curriculum.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading an education or skills programme
- Experience in managing complex, large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, including international teams and external partners.
- Experience in delivery of education projects
- Knowledge of gender and/or youth issues
- Experience stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and ensuring financial compliance with project requirements.
- Advertising Salary: US$2300 – US$2500 gross monthly salary plus benefits
