Role responsibilities:

Building Capacity & Training

• Design practical training programs on digital credit, alternative data, and credit scoring leveraging KFT’s market intelligence and product expertise.
• Coordinate and lead exposure visits and field learning on uncollateralized credit best practices so institutions learn directly from what works.
• Develop Training-of-Trainers models and digital learning tools so knowledge spreads widely.
• Coordinate a network of Subject Matter Experts both internally and externally to ensure training delivery is consistent and high quality.

Change Management & Process Transformation

• Recruit and supervise embedded change advisors who will work inside partner institutions.
• Work with leadership teams to assess current lending processes and co-create realistic change plans.
• Coach senior leaders and build up internal “change champions” so improvements stick after the program ends.
• Track adoption and progress through simple scorecards and feedback systems.

Supporting (Advisory) Fintechs & Partners

• Help fintechs and financial institutions prepare for integration and scale within regulated systems.
• Provide practical advice on aligning products with customer needs, compliance requirements, and market realities.
• Share lessons across markets and organize peer exchanges so institutions can learn from each other.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Lead pilots and create feedback loops across institutions to ensure solutions fit the market.
• Test new tools such as AI-powered credit scoring or digital loan platforms in real-world conditions.
• Collect feedback from partners and customers to refine products and processes.
• Turn lessons into practices and policies that others can adopt.

Strengthening the Ecosystem

• Work with regulators, industry associations, and policymakers to promote fair and effective digital lending.
• Share best practices on alternative data, uncollateralized credit, and responsible lending.
• Connect financial institutions, fintechs, and development partners to build stronger, more inclusive financial systems.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in program or partnership management, ideally in digital finance, FinTech, MSME, or development programs.

Technical & AI Skills

• Experience in Managing Projects and working with technical teams
• Experience with data analysis (SQL, Excel, BI tools) and AI-driven insights.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI/ML-powered platforms for reporting and performance forecasting.
• Familiarity with digital partnership tools (CRM/PRM) and automated data integration workflows.
• Solid understanding of blended finance mechanisms and digital lending ecosystems.
