Role overview

The primary purpose of this role is to lead, develop, and manage all people function and support operations in line with the VSO strategy. You will ensure an effective people and operational support functions, which includes employees and volunteers and maintaining good people management practice in an efficient customer care and adherence to global and local policies and procedures.

Skills, qualifications and experience

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in human resources practice with demonstrable experience at the management level. Your skills and experience in people/team management are key to success in ensuring the effective and efficient operations of both the people and operational support functions. You must be an effective communicator and have adequate relationship-building and change management skills in order to add value to the implementation of VSO strategy
