- Co-create integrated solutions: digital input ordering, bundled credit/insurance, mechanization services, post-harvest management.
2. Ecosystem Engagement & Governance
- Build trust through stakeholder forums, co-design workshops, and ongoing performance tracking
- Serve as Kifiya’s primary liaison—linking strategy, compliance, and impact across all partners
- Conduct partner due diligence, draft MOUs, and manage contractual relationships
3. Integration & Co-Delivery
- Coordinate internal alignment: guide Product, Tech, and Field teams to integrate partner offerings (e.g., farm inputs, mechanization bookings, warehouse receipt access)
- Lead joint pilots and rollout initiatives—tracking KPIs, service uptake, and adoption across segments
4. Ecosystem Strategy & Intelligence
- Conduct mapping exercises to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks—business models, P&L analyses, sustainability roadmaps—for ecosystem collaboration
5. Capacity Building & Knowledge Exchange
- Support NGO- and government-led programs with co-branded digital tools and training support
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between research/NGO stakeholders and commercial partners
6. Monitoring, Reporting & Risk
- Establish impact metrics: market reach, user activation, partner satisfaction, social and financial outcomes
- Consistently monitor partnership health with appropriate reporting cadences
- Proactively manage ecosystem risks—from regulatory to operational—with clear mitigation plans
About You
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Agribusiness, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years in partnership building, ecosystem management, or business development—preferably within AgTech, rural finance, or development sectors
