Background: Our organization, The Association of Pastoralist Community for Change (APCfC), is a local community-based civil society organization founded in 2006 by passionate and visionary pastoralist and agro-pastoralist community members dedicated to see a transformed, poverty free, self-reliant pastoral society built on justice and peace. We are legally registered at sub-national level with the Attorney General of Oromia region, with registration number WB/03/0099.

To enhance its financial and administrative efficiency, APCfC seeks expressions of interest from qualified vendors for the procurement, installation, and support of a comprehensive cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Type and Scope of Service: The selected vendor will be responsible for:

Supplying /install a user-friendly cloud ERP system or up to Ten users and having important features including, but is not limited to, General Ledger, Accounts payable and receivable, Budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, multi-currency support, Integration with existing systems. A software containing additional features of HR & Asset Management system is preferable.
Providing training for staff on the use of the software.
Offering ongoing support and maintenance.

About You

Eligibility Criteria:

Be a legally registered company in Ethiopia with a valid business license.
Have proven experience in ERP implementation, particularly in the NGO or non-profit sector.
Have a team with relevant skills and expertise in ERP systems, accounting software, and content management.
Provide at least three references from previous clients for similar ERP implementation projects

Submission Requirements: Interested vendors are requested to submit the following information:

Technical Proposal containing your company profile and experience; Detailed description of the proposed software solution and its features; Implementation plan, including timeline and key milestones; Training and support plan; and at least 3 references from previous clients.
Financial Proposal containing the cost estimate for the software, implementation, training, and ongoing support, and payment terms.

The Expression of Interest shall be submitted on or before the specified deadline either by (i) e-mail and/or (ii) hand delivery through the Head Office of the Association of Pastoralist Community for Change (APCfC).
