Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operation Officer to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing restaurant and café business. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective management of our locations, optimizing workflows and processes, and driving continuous improvement. Your leadership and strategic thinking will be crucial in helping us scale our business while maintaining exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the operations of multiple restaurant and café locations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Optimize staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet business needs.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, costs, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead the implementation of new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align operations with the overall business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to restaurant and café managers and staff.
  • Foster a positive, customer-centric culture and promote continuous learning and development.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in the restaurant or café industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations and driving operational excellence.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory management, supply chain optimization, and cost control.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
