Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients.
• Assess patients’ health conditions and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during procedures and examinations.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report any changes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and nursing documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medication, and health care.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and provide necessary first aid and nursing interventions.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
• Maintain professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and good communication with patients and colleagues.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSc) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional nursing license and registration.
• At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in a hospital, medical center, clinic, or similar healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical and patient-care skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Good computer literacy and ability to maintain electronic or written medical records.
• Professional, compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused attitude.
