Under the direct supervision of the Culture Program Officer and the overall authority of the Director of the UNESCO Addis Ababa Liaison Office to the AU and UNECA, the incumbent will assist the implementation of the liaison duty with AUC and UNSDCF and extra-budgetary culture program. The incumbent works in the framework of UNESCO’s Medium-Term Strategy (C/4s), the Approved Program and Budget (C/5), the 2030 Sustainable Development, the AU Agenda 2060 – the Africa We Want as well assisting on UNSDCF and national cooperation in the field of the implementation of Conventions for the protection and promotion of cultural heritage and the diversity of cultural expression.
