Job Description

Lead the development and management of the consortium’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) framework for the i-Work Program, ensuring alignment with the program’s Theory of Change and VSO’s Measuring Impact for Learning and Empowerment (MILE) approach.

Competencies and Behaviour

The ideal applicant must be a results-driven Monitoring & Evaluation Manager with extensive experience designing and implementing M&E frameworks within international non-governmental organizations (INGOs).

He/she should be able to demonstrate a strong expertise in results-based management, indicator development, data quality assurance, and donor reporting across programmes.
