WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Lead the execution of market development plans, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and brand equity.

• Lead and project manage through the local agency group, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring seamless collaboration with global and local marketing teams.

• Lead and own the development of best-in-class brand experiences across all touchpoints, building brand equity, driving brand marketing objectives and JTBD.

• Be the digital pioneer, pushing forward social first marketing plans, working closely with the internal team and external agency partners to deliver seamless consumer experiences.

• Act as the primary escalation point for all public relations (PR) and reputation management issues related to assigned brand(s), developing and executing strategies to protect and enhance brand image.

• Understand Signal and the competition’s 6 Ps, driving specific actions when needed, and owning them with the wider team and creative agency.

• Understand market dynamics across Ethiopia and bring in winning consumer insights

• Work with key government and nongovernment partners to drive behavior change initiatives.
