Position Summary

The Marketing and Sales Manager will lead the company’s commercial strategy, strengthen brand visibility, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive professional with strong agricultural market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting sustainable farming solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote organic liquid fertilizer products.
  • Identify new markets, potential distributors, and business opportunities.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, commercial farms, agri-dealers, NGOs, and government institutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product positioning and pricing.
  • Organize product demonstrations, field days, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Oversee digital marketing activities—social media, website content, and online campaigns.
  • Manage customer feedback, resolve complaints, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales and marketing; experience in agriculture, fertilizer, or agro-inputs industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the agricultural sector, especially crop production and fertilizer markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve commercial targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork.
