Manager, POM and Asset

Kegna Beverages Share Company is the company which is under formation and working hard to engross in the Beverage Industry of Ethiopia that is incredibly untapped yet and fast growing.

The Company, officially endorsed on 04 March 2017 by the recommendation and promoter Committee selection of the Public Private Partnership Council of the Oromia Regional State. The promoter committee has been in contact since then frequently on the formal establishment of Kegna Beverages and on fulfilling local legal requirements of company formation, finalizing multiple discipline viability tests and studies and ground preparation for the official launching and foreign direct investment search, and approaches.

Kegna Beverages Share Company officially launched on 01 April 2017 at the Oromo Cultural Center at the Presence of higher Oromia Regional State Officials, Bank Representatives, Local Investors, invited Foreign Investors, Invited guests and Medias. The multiple studies which are mostly finalized as of now (Feasibility Study, Civil and Construction works assessment, Geotechnical, hydrology and topography analysis) on the primarily selected site of the production are finalized and ready to show the picture of the investment as of now.

Role Description

• We are looking for strategic and motivated Manager,
• The POM and Asset manager is responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of the brand’s point of purchase and end to end management. She/he is instrumental in effectively managing the commercial asset and the end-to-end process of the POS management from procurement, delivery and in market execution.

• Manager, Trade Marketing

 

Responsibilities

• Manages the ordering, delivery and distribution (deployment) of promotion materials, presentation items in the right place, time and cost, working closely with procurement and motivating vendors.
• Maintains POS materials, arrange physical space and spearhead the distribution system for all sales territories of the company
• Establishes and enforce a system to ensure effective Commercial Asset management and timely POSM deployment, visibility execution and functioning of coolers.
• Planning, monitoring and following up to execute a smooth and prompt system for the repair and maintenance of the company’s POSM equipment and visibility materials
• Develops and constantly update POS item identification, deployment and tracking (both in warehouse and in market) procedure.
• Working closely with the responsible work unit for the timely procure of marketing materials
• Develops a mechanism of check and balance for the distribution of Point of Sales, Giveaways and coolers to end users and retailers
• Proper handling of documentations (agreement documents, POS tags, deployment templates, etc) and keep track of stock reports versus warehouse manager reports
• Performs other similar tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
