Own the full learning‑and‑development lifecycle for all employees. Partner with the Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) and business leaders to diagnose capability gaps, design the annual training plan, source best‑fit learning solutions, and measure impact—so every employee has the skills needed for current roles and future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
- Lead an annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through surveys, interviews, performance data, and succession plans.
- Translate insights into a 12‑month L&D roadmap that aligns with business objectives, head‑count plans, and budget.
Programme Design & Delivery
- Architect blended learning journeys (classroom, virtual, micro‑learning, coaching, stretch assignments) with a focus on leadership, technical, and compliance curricula.
- Pilot, refine, and scale programs using agile project‑management methods.
Performance Management Framework
- Partner with the CPO and HR Business Partners to design, roll out, and continuously improve the performance‑management cycle (goal setting, mid‑year check‑ins, year‑end reviews, calibration).
- Integrate competency models and feedback tools that link individual performance outcomes to targeted learning interventions.
- Analyse performance data to identify systemic skill gaps and recommend development initiatives.
Vendor & Provider Management
- Source, evaluate, and contract external training partners, universities, and e‑learning platforms.
- Negotiate pricing and service‑level agreements; maintain a preferred‑supplier list and monitor vendor performance.
Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage the annual L&D budget in partnership with Finance, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Forecast resource needs, monitor spend, and adjust plans based on business priorities.
Succession & Career Pathing Support
- Collaborate with CPCO and HRBPs on succession planning, critical‑role pipelines, and talent reviews.
- Design career‑path frameworks and learning journeys that increase internal mobility and retention.
Onboarding & Early‑Career Programs
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to deliver an engaging, consistent onboarding experience.
- Create graduate, internship, and apprenticeship learning tracks that build future talent pools.

About You
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or related field; master’s or professional certification preferred.
- 6+years’ progressive L&D experience
- Experience supporting a tech‑centric, fast‑growth organisation is a plus.

- Strategic Communication & Storytelling – Clear, concise, and persuasive in both written and verbal formats; able to influence at all levels.
- Performance‑Management & Coaching Skills – Guides managers on feedback, goal‑setting, and development planning.

- Digital Fluency – Comfortable with LMS/LXP platforms, AI‑enabled learning tools, and collaboration software.
