Junior Operator – Electrical & Mechanical

Organic Liquid Fertilizer Producing PLC (EcoGreen) invites qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following position:

Position: Junior Operator – Electrical & Mechanical

Place of Work: Eco Green –Tulefa Factory

Educational Qualification: Level III and above in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in electrical, mechanical, industrial maintenance, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and inspect electrical and mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of machines, pumps, motors, generators, mixers, filling and packaging equipment, and related factory systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical faults.
• Perform routine inspection, lubrication, adjustment, cleaning, and replacement of worn or damaged parts.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and support timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain accurate equipment inspection and maintenance records.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of electrical systems, machinery, and factory utilities.
• Follow all occupational health and safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
• Report major equipment faults, maintenance requirements, and potential safety risks to the responsible supervisor.

The successful candidate should have:

• Sound basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment and maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• A strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and safety.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a factory environment and respond to operational requirements.
