DRC promotes and supports solutions to the problems faced by refugees, internally displaced people (IDPs), and migrants. The organization has offices across the region and has been operational in Ethiopia since 2009.

  42. This is Mekuria Alemu Haile. I am interested in the position of protection officer (legal). I had been a Federal public prosecutor for ten years before I joined the private camp ( advocacy service ) Since 2019 I have been working as a consultant on Anti money laundering and counter financing of terrorism which is a project launched by the Danish government for Ethiopian law enforcement agencies. Training facilitation, coordination, development of training documents and budget planning are among the activities that I have been carrying out during my stay. I have got my LLB from Mekelle university and IIM in international human rights law from the University of Amsterdam in collaboration with Mekelle University in 2016.
