Lovegrass Agro Processing PLC is a growing agro-processing company committed to operational excellence and people development. We are seeking a competent and proactive Human Resources Supervisor to oversee and strengthen our HR functions and support our organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day HR operations and activities
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
  • Oversee performance management, training, and staff development initiatives
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational development
  • Ensure a positive work culture and adherence to company values

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation systems

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR management role.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing HR systems in FMCG companies is an advantage.
  • Deep practical knowledge of Ethiopian employment law, tax, and pension regulations.
  • Experience managing talent in environments with both skilled and semi-skilled workforces.
  • Track record of successfully managing HR aspects of organizational growth or change.
